Veggie Fajitas

I have really got to be better at eating veggies and at using produce before it goes bad. With that in mind I sautéed patty pan squash, red cabbage, onion, and green pepper with some evoo an spices. 

Here are the veggies with some brown rice, tofu, and the sour cream from "Yellow Rose Recipes."
