Magical Millet
I've tried millet a few times and while I've always found it okay, I've never really loved it. That changed when I saw a recipe for Cheesy Millet and Kale Salad. I knew immediately I had to give it a try and I'm glad I did - it's by far the best millet recipe I've ever had.

Goodness girl, this sounds so good! I'm with you on the millet--it's been an okay meal but not GREAT. But this, THIS sounds super good and something I will definitely try :)
Cara - it isn't as good as your junior mints (I'm sure) :D but it is really good! Like mac and cheese almost. Amazing.
