Vegan Pot Pie!

I haven't made one of my favorite recipes, Mercy for Animals' Chix Pot Pie recipe in entirely too long. I didn't buy any Phyllo dough this time ($5/pack!) so I made dough from scratch using this recipe. 

I used some Gardein strips for the chix. 

LOVE this recipe. Love pot pie.
