Since I Was Away...Cupcakes!

Well since I was away for so long, I at least owe you cupcakes, right? 

This first cupcake is vegan AND gluten free. Go me, even the husband loved it! 



Red velvet with vanilla frosting.


Lemon with lemon frosting! I gave some of these to young adult authors Meagan Spooner, Jessica Spotswood, Alexandra Duncan, and Nathan Kotecki. (Go read their books!)


Gluten free vegan cookies hanging out next to leftover frosting. I made the Vegan with a Vengeance ones and gluten freed them! They were so good I made them again, but bigger. The flour subs I used are on my instagram account, which is private, but I think you can go there with a direct link.


So, there you have it. Apology baked goods. :D
