The other day I made gluten free pancakes again. This time I used the VwaV recipe and used my "too cheap to buy all the gluten free flours" mix of brown rice flour, besan, and corn starch. Unfortunately I went a little heavy on the besan and the pancakes, while pretty good, could have been much better. Live and learn!
