Here's a variation on my breakfasts these days! Yummy and pretty filling, and I'm really not easily filled in the mornings. I call myself "morning hungry" because I'm always really hungry between when I wake up and about 2pm.
1 cup 8th continent original soy
3.14 oz blueberries (I know, crazy amount! I took all the frozen fruit I have in the fridge and divided it up for 4 days worth of smoothies - trying to spend less money on groceries!)
1 small banana
2 tbsp manitoba harvest hemp protein
13 g protein
11 g fiber
