Food Stuff: Cupcakes, Muffins, & Tempeh

Last night for dinner I made Robin Robertson's pineapple glazed tempeh and sweet potatoes - my picture isn't great, but it was really yummy. As it cooled, the flavors really popped and it was pretty great.
