Simple XGFX Burrito

Gluten free rice tortilla, brown rice and black beans seasoned with Penzey's Arizona Dreaming, avocado, nooch, sriracha. Awesome.

You kind of just blew my mind with sriracha on a burrito. How it has never occurred to me, I don't know, but I'm doing that!

I have a jar of that Arizona Dreaming sitting around not knowing what to do with it. Great idea in the burrito along with the sriracha! :-)

house vegan - it only occurred to me because the avocado was there - the perfect sandwich magic trifecta is avocado/vegenaise/sriracha, so . . . worth a shot!

chow - hurray! I don't usually know what to do with it either and I'm glad I tried this!

Simple, but awesome combination of many of my favorites. You can't really go wrong with avo & sriracha!

YUM! I had a burrito with garlic hummus, sriracha, spinach, and red peppers earlier. Yours looks awesome. Next time I'll have to add avocados!
