What I'm Eating Today

So last night I made the PPK Low Fat Marbled Banana Bread and I made it the regular way, not gluten free. And then I ate like 1/3 of the loaf. Today I will do better. I am doing better. 

Breakfast - green smoothie. Water, kale, banana, frozen mango, flax seeds. Not pictured - coffee (mmmm coffee).

Snack - fresh juice. Kale stems, 1/2 a lemon, 1 green apple, a cucumber past it's prime, 2 carrots.

Each drink actually made almost 2 full glasses. 

Lunch is cooking now - it's more cheesy millet and kale - yummy!

I'm not sure what dinner is yet, but I did make some Caesar Chavez dressing from AFR so maybe something with that - it's tough to be healthier AND make stuff the husband and kid will eat.

So, that kale & cheesy millet plate looks great, it's something I would love. HOW IS IT THAT I NEVER GET ANY KALE IN MY CSA?? :-)

And I love the PPK banana swirl bread. I think I made it as soon as Isa put it up (last year I think it was?).
