Pumpkin Butter Oatmeal

Usually I start with a green smoothie for breakfast but we are doing a one mile fundraiser thing for the kiddos school district and I don't want to be filled with liquid (port a potties!!).

Here is 1/3 cup of bobs gluten free oats with a little over 1/3 cup water. I microwaved that for one minute. Then I stirred in pumpkin butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, and powdered ginger. Yum!

Love pumpkin butter in my oatmeal this time of year. So easy and so good.

Looks like a really delicious brekkie! Now I must learn how to make pumpkin butter :)
