Pasta Night!

So every one needs a pasta night every once in awhile. Before I made this I was remembering that the meal I made way too often (and loved every time) was pasta with a nice vegetable sauce. I would saute whatever veggies I had on hand and then add some morningstar crumbles and jarred sauce and some dried herbs. For this one I only had green peppers and onions, but I made do with them and used TVP instead of crumbles. Topped with nooch for extra vegan awesomeness!

Yum! Your dish of pasta looks so good, it's been ages since I've cooked up any but I should more often!

Yum!! We had pasta at my house Friday night too. I had marinara straight from the jar, Dad had parsley pesto since he's not supposed to do acidy sauces/juices right now.
Yours looks way better than my did.

it's gf pasta but i can't remember which one! it came in a red bag i think . . .
