Drinks from my Vita-Mix
I neglected my Vita-Mix for awhile, but we're back together again! Or, we were until I ran out of frozen bananas . . .
Yesterday morning was soymilk, frozen bananas, almond extract, cacao nibs and goji berries (which I don't really like, but I bought 3 bags when they were on super sale).
This one was just the soymilk, frozen bananas, and almond extract.
And some juice, before:
Green smoothies. One of these was a Kriss Carr recipe featured in Yoga Journal that involved avocado, and I have learned that despite being an avocado lover, avocados do NOT belong in smoothies. Ick.
A cantaloupe/carrot/other juice (from the Vita-Mix recipe guide).
And one of my favorites - Ocean Spray cranberry blueberry juice with a banana and frozen blueberries.
