Trying to eat better

Despite my initial losses with weight watchers and working out (down to 133 pounds on a good day! (that's from a pregnancy high of 178 or so)) I've been at a new plateau for awhile now so I'm quitting WW (and saving $17.95/month). In it's place I'm going to resume working out and I'm going to attempt to clean up my food intake. This will be briefly interrupted tomorrow when I go to Bombay Bistro tomorrow and eat too much Indian food :) Until then, here's most of today (dinner was uninspired and not worth blogging).

Lunch was a leftover salad topped with overly pureed nicoise chickpeas from AFR.

Breakfast was a peach smoothie made with raw almond milk, frozen peaches, a banana, and that raw protein.

From yesterday I have potato salad - potatoes, reduced fat vegenaise, apple cider vinegar, dill, salt, pepper, and pickles.

Good luck! I have my last 10 lbs still lingering. I've hit a plateau for a month now, time for me to step it up too.. Those raw cookies you told me about won't be helping! Lol! ;)

If you like Indian food, get Anupy Singla's "The Indian Slow Cooker Book" which is nearly all vegan and oil free!!
Congrats on all the weight loss!! The last part is always the hardest!

Lauren - Sorry!! :D Also, get the last ones soon, they like to linger forever!!

Get Skinny - Thanks!! I currently have an Indian book I haven't used because it may be too authentic (special spices that are hard to find here) for me, but I'll see if my library has it!

Jaguar - Thanks and feel free!! :D

Kittee - Of course I know, thanks! :D I just wasn't really sure about joining because I generally don't make my own recipes so I wasn't sure I had much to contribute. I did briefly (4 days) jump into gluten, but the rashes on my fingers are sending me back to goodness.
