Yes, I'm Vegan. No, I can't eat gluten anymore. No, I don't eat eggs or fish or drink milk. No, I'm not starving, and neither is my awesome mostly vegan kiddo.
There is nothing like a big box of goodies from the farm! After all that washing, I sometimes feel uninspired, but it's a great way to use new ingredients!
