Hi! Do you have to soak the buckwheat flakes? I bought them as I have just started my raw diet but don't know what to do with them as all raw recipes are only with the buckwheat seeds.

Hi! I made my buckwheat flakes with a recipe from Raw Food Real World - it's soaked buckwheat in the food processor with sweetener and then spread out and dehydrated.
