My favorite protein smoothie
Okay, so here it is, my favorite protein smoothie. The one pictured is bigger than then one I'll give a "recipe" for, but it was way too big, so there ya go.
1 cup milk (I use soy milk for extra protein but you can use whatever you'd like)
1 cup frozen blueberries (I use Maine blueberries, of course!)
1-2 heaping tablespoon(s) vanilla rice protein
Blend! It's really yummy.
