Muffins and hot dogs (The fun doesn't stop over here!)

Last night I felt the need to make muffins so I decided to make some of the healthier muffins from Jae Steele's Get It Ripe. I decided on the Raisin Bran Muffins and here they are:



Even the picky kiddo likes them and the only other muffin she likes are the banana wheat germ muffins from Veganomicon. 

For lunch I decided I wanted hot dogs (we have smart dogs). Mine ended up like this:
