Your gravy looks good. I tried making this gravy last weekend and the lemon juice was too much. I couldn't even try and eat it. Did you leave it in when you made it? I want it to turn out so bad, but am afraid to try it again.
Really? Too lemony? I love the lemon - it adds a brightness. (That's one of those silly things I never understood, but now I get it - bright gravy, whee!!) Did you use a real lemon (as opposed to the lemon juice you can buy, which I think wouldn't be good)? I would say leave it out or try maybe juice from 1/2 a lemon. The gravy rocks - I hope you find a way you can like it :)
